Brad Wertz

Chief Executive Officer
 

Formerly the President and COO of Rosetta, Brad helped grow the company from $115M to $225M before its sale to Publicis. Before Rosetta, he served as COO for Brulant and also held senior executive positions at several other startups including bioinformatics company Acero.

Ian Maurer

Chief Technology Officer
 

Ian leads the full lifecycle of application design, architecture, development, and quality assurance. Ian has over 17 Years of software development and leadership experience working for Lockheed Martin, Ernst & Young, Brulant, and Rosetta.

Joe McCrone

Chief Operating Officer
 

Joe brings more than 20 years experience in client service delivery and business operations, helping to drive technical solution providers to strategic growth. Joe has held leadership positions at several technical consulting and solution providers, including Rosetta (where he served as Managing Partner) Brulant, Acero, Advance Local, and Coopers & Lybrand Consulting.

Justin Yeakley

Senior Vice President, Product Development
 

Justin supports and supervises all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of GO's suite of products. Justin has over 16 years of software development and leadership experience and was previously Director of Application Development at Rosetta.

Jeff Smith

Senior Vice President, Finance
 

Jeff has more than 24 years of experience in the areas of accounting, finance operations, and business development. Prior to GO, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer for several Private Equity backed lower middle-market companies both domestically and abroad.

Garreth Hippe

Chief Commercial Officer
 

Garreth has over 20 years of experience in business leadership, strategic business development, sales management, and overall business strategy. In his most recent position at Pierian, a genomics software organization, Garreth led multiple teams and spearheaded significant growth before its acquisition in 2023.

Alysia Kaplan

Director of Marketing
 

Alysia leads all marketing and branding initiatives at GenomOncology. From strategy, to design, to execution, Alysia is focused on creating and running impactful campaigns. Alysia has nearly 10 years of experience in marketing and project management.

Bryan Storch

Vice President, Client Services
 

Bryan works with his clients, and GenomOncoloy’s internal teams, to identify and deliver solutions tailored to fulfill business goals and user needs. He has over 14 years of client service and delivery experience, including previous client service roles at Brulant, Rosetta and Robots & Pencils.

Hillary Bedell, PhD

Content Team Manager
 

Hillary leads the Content and Curation Services team. Hillary has 3 years of experience in precision oncology software and data products. Prior to GO, Hillary obtained a PhD in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

James Cole, PhD

Vice President, Product Innovation
 

James has over a decade of experience in precision oncology, making him integral in GenomOncology's understanding of the field of clinical genomics. James works across GenomOncology’s Precision Oncology Platform (POP).

Jon Fretthold

Vice President, Client Services
 

Jon is passionate about providing value to his clients via strategic direction and delivery support. He brings over 15 years of experience in technical delivery, account management, and business operations. Prior to GO, Jon held similar positions at Rosetta, Brulant, and The Cleveland Clinic.

Matt Spalding

Technical Architect
 

Matt Spalding leads the GO Pathology Workbench development team. Matt has nine years experience writing software for different hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Matt received his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Mount Union.

Matt Stachowiak, PhD

Vice President, Product Innovation
 

Matthew has 9 years of experience in precision oncology software and data products. Matthew manages the innovation roadmap, and supervises initiatives in pathology, bioinformatics, therapy/clinical trial matching, and API design. Prior to GO, Matthew obtained a PhD in chemical engineering/biophysics from Columbia University.

Scott Cesen

Senior Vice President, Business Development
 

Scott brings over 20 years of experience in sales and client services to GenomOncology. Scott spent the past five years leading Client Services for Robots & Pencils, a digital innovation firm with offices across North America. In addition, Scott has held leadership positions at Accenture, Brulant (Rosetta/Publicis), along with two start-ups, including his own.

Tom Tibbits

Vice President, Client Services
 

Tom is a seasoned professional with over 30 years in Information Technology, Operations, and Service Delivery. This experience has been used to provide complex deliveries, enhance client relationships, and operational efficiencies both internally and externally. Tom has held leadership positions at various companies including HCL Software, Dovetail Insurance, IBM, Rosetta, and Axentis Software.
