Brad Wertz
Chairman & Chief Executive OfficerFormerly the President and COO of Rosetta, Brad helped grow the company from $115M to $225M before its sale to Publicis. Before Rosetta, He served as COO for Brulant and also held senior executive positions at several other startups including bioinformatics company Acero.
Jeff Shiner
Board MemberJeff currently serves as the CEO of 1Password. Shiner has significant experience in software development, security, rapid growth, and innovation. Previously, Shiner was the Senior Development Manager of WebSphere Commerce at IBM Canada, and led a 400-person technology division at Rosetta.
Lee Zapis
Board MemberLee is the President of Zapis Capital Group, a closely held corporation that makes equity investments in people with passion and expertise to lead their business to success. He is a hands-on investor and currently sits on the boards of GenomOncology, YouBeauty.com, and Listener Driven Radio.
Brian Laden, PhD
Board MemberDr. Laden co-founded TriStar Technology Ventures in 2009, and serves on the board for Molecular Sensing and the Advisory Board for Cumberland Emerging Technologies. He also holds an observer seat on the boards of TVA and BioStable in addition to GenomOncology's board.
Len Pagon, Jr.
Board MemberLen is Chairman and CEO of Next Sparc, LLC, which invests in emerging Internet-based, software and services-based companies and helps them achieve significant growth. In addition, Len was the former Vice Chairman of Rosetta and the former Chairman, CEO and founder of Brulant, Inc.
