Manuel J Glynias
Mr. Glynias is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in bioinformatics. Immediately prior to GenomOncology, Manuel was a partner at Rosetta, a leading interactive marketing agency, where he helped develop big data solutions for ecommerce clients. In the late 90’s, Manuel was the founder and CEO of NetGenics, a venture-backed provider of discovery informatics to the biopharmaceutical industry and academic research centers. He also developed a number of other commercial software platforms including MacGene, Gene Works, and Primer Express. Manuel has an AB in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Harvard College.
Chief Commercialization Officer, has more than 16 years of specialty pharmaceutical and molecular diagnostic experience. David most recently served as president of CompanionDx Labs where he developed sales, marketing, and payor strategies for its pharmacogenomics and oncology test offerings. Prior to that, David held a variety of sales and new business development roles with AmerisourceBergen’s specialty group, International Oncology Network, where he worked closely with leading community oncology practices and branded and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers. David holds a BA from the University of Mount Union.
Chief Financial Officer, is an accomplished senior executive with 24+ years of business experience ranging from Finance and Operations to Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining GO, Vic served as President of Hebron USA, Corp and COO of Ganeden Biotech. He has worked at various startups, as well as more established companies that have included private, international, angel and venture investor groups. Vic has also helped to grow and position various companies for merger or acquisition. He has worked with some of the largest retailers in the world including Walmart, Walgreens and CVS and holds a BA in Accounting from Baldwin-Wallace University.
Joshua F Coleman, MD
Vice President of Medical Affairs, oversees clinical content development and curation of scientific evidence, enhancing the company’s proprietary knowledge-enabled platform. Prior to joining GenomOncology, Dr. Coleman held an appointment of assistant professor at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and practiced molecular genetic pathology in the James Cancer Hospital Molecular Laboratory. Dr. Coleman completed medical school at Case Western Reserve University, followed by residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic. He is fellowship-trained and board-certified in Hematopathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has over 20 years of experience related to Life Sciences and Molecular Diagnostics and brings a deep understanding of genomics related to the Molecular Pathology laboratory. Baiju earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology at the University of Cincinnati and conducted research at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Prior to GenomOncology, Baiju held several sales and marketing roles at Roche Diagnostics and GE Healthcare.
Vice President of Product Development, leads the full lifecycle of application design, architecture, development, and quality assurance. Ian has 17 years of software development and leadership experience working for Lockheed Martin, Ernst & Young, Brulant and Rosetta. He has his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
